The Turning Point Center of Addison County is planning for the future, and we want your input!
Whether you’re familiar with our work or just learning about us, your perspective as a member of the broader community is important to us.
We’re inviting you to take a short, anonymous survey to help us understand how we’re doing and how we can better serve our community. Your feedback will help shape the direction of our programs and services as we continue supporting people in recovery and their loved ones.
