Starting June 12, 2025! Join us for an in-person SMART Recovery meeting at Turning Point Center of Addison County (TPCAC), happening every Thursday at 1:00 pm.
This group is designed to empower individuals on their recovery journey by using practical tools from SMART Recovery. The meetings focus on the program's four key pillars: building and maintaining motivation, coping effectively with urges, developing problem-solving skills, and creating a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.
Whether you're new to SMART Recovery or have experience with its approach, these sessions provide a supportive environment to learn and apply evidence-based techniques for personal growth and lasting recovery.
