Are you interested in learning how to safely and effectively cope with anger? Join Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS I) and Certified Professional Recovery Coach, Alison Robinson, for an 8‑week online class designed to help you understand and transform your relationship with anger.

This evidence‑based curriculum draws from brain science, relational insight, and developmental psychology. It’s used across major state agencies, the U.S. Military, clinical practices, educational settings, court‑mandated programs, recovery centers, and peer‑support organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Participants will gain: • A neuroscience‑based understanding of reactivity and regulation • Mindfulness and self‑regulation strategies • Insight into shame, shadow, and attachment‑driven anger • Communication, conflict‑resolution, and co‑regulation skills

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Alison Robinson is a Supervisor of Recovery Coaching and group facilitator with the Peer Recovery Center of Addison County. In recovery from trauma and addiction since 1989, she brings decades of lived experience, professional training, and heartfelt dedication to helping others find hope and healing. She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist I with the National Anger Management Association and also facilitates groups for Prevent Child Abuse Vermont.
