Welcoming Our New Development Coordinator

We’re thrilled to formally welcome Jubilee McGill as PRC’s new Development and Community Relations Coordinator!

Jubilee brings more than a decade of experience in housing, homelessness, youth services, and community organizing. She currently serves as a Vermont State Representative, where she works alongside advocates, providers, and people with lived experience to strengthen systems that support children, families, and communities.

Having navigated housing instability as a young adult, Jubilee understands firsthand the power of compassionate support, strong communities, and people who believe in your potential. Her lived experience fuels her commitment to reducing stigma, building connections, and expanding opportunities for people in recovery.

We’re grateful to have her passion, leadership, and heart on our team.
